# Rings

A Ring is a small group of Ofero members who can increase each other's XP.

Instead of earning only from your own status, a Ring allows the group to build an XP bonus together.

### Activating a Ring

A Ring starts providing an XP bonus when it reaches:

**4 participants**

Once active, everyone in the Ring receives:

**+5% XP**

### PLUS Members Increase the Ring Bonus

Each participant with an active PLUS membership adds another:

**+5% XP**

With enough PLUS members, the regular Ring bonus can reach:

**+45% XP**

The bonus applies to **every XP action**.

### Ring Manager Bonus

The Ring manager can receive an additional bonus.

For each member beyond the third, the manager receives:

**+3%**

This additional manager bonus can reach:

**+12%**

As a result, the manager of a full Ring where everyone has PLUS can reach a total Ring bonus of:

**+57% XP**

### The Bonus Changes Live

Ring bonuses are based on the current structure of the Ring.

If members leave or their PLUS membership expires, the Ring bonus can decrease immediately.

If new members join or activate PLUS, it can increase.

### Rings Are Global

Ring members do not need to live in the same country.

You can build a Ring with Ofero members from anywhere.

**Build your Ring together and everyone can benefit from a higher XP bonus.**
