* Participate in governance discussions and votes with a focus on the community’s best interests.

#### 2. **One SFT, One Vote**

* Adhere to the policy of one SFT per holder for governance and staking participation, ensuring fairness and equality.

#### 3. **Transparency in Decision-Making**

* Share your views openly and transparently to contribute to informed decision-making processes.

### Reporting and Resolving Issues

#### 1. **Reporting Violations**

* Provide detailed information to help the community moderators address the issue effectively.

#### 2. **Conflict Resolution**

* Attempt to resolve minor disputes respectfully and directly with the other party.
* For unresolved issues, seek assistance from community moderators.

### Consequences of Violating Guidelines

#### 1. **Warnings and Education**

* Minor violations may result in a warning or a reminder of the guidelines.
* Educational resources will be provided to help members understand expected behavior.

#### 2. **Temporary Restrictions**

* Repeated or severe violations may lead to temporary restrictions on participation in community activities.

#### 3. **Permanent Removal**

* Persistent misconduct or egregious violations may result in permanent removal from the Ofero Network.
